(ESP) is a female / minority-owned and operated design / build / finance firm of engineers, scientists, construction managers, schedulers, estimators, planners and surveyors that specializes in the pursuit of innovative and client centered solutions. ESP does the research and development required to take the most advanced technically building or infrastructure design and construction applications, to the domestic or international marketplace.

    ESP has provided construction and engineering services to a variety of clients on projects such as airports, bridges, roads, sewer lines, water treatment plants, utilities, product manufacturers, producers of fossil fuels and wastewater treatment plants.
